Great food selection.

it has marvellous, excellent setting, right by several fast food restaurants, convenience stores, and everything, food and interstate. make sure you stay in the double room with a king size bed, blankets & sheets, for instance. the staff are pretty friendly and superfriendly.

Room was clean and spacious, but parking access was somewhat confusing.

Very pleasant & comfortable -- good value. Receptionist (Crystal) was so very helpful in "guiding us in" when we got turned around en route! Good experience all around.

Every time in Beckley, I choose this place. All in all the hotel is deluxe, it has affable staff and cheap rooms. The location of the venue is handy, close to restaurants, Beckley, and shopping centers. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 10 minutes.

The quality, cleanliness, and friendliness, were excellent especially for the price. Good breakfast selection, No unnecessary frills! I'm 72, my daughter is 36, my granddaughter 16 and we all thought is was unique and fun.

It was very nicely kept up. Usually you don't get much of a room with a $65.00 price tag, but this was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were very nice also. It was very clean too, kudos to the cleaning staff. I stayed at a Howard Johnson previously and this room was nicer, cheaper, and had more amenities.

I had to turn around 3 times to find the driveway. But, I didn't mind. The room was worth it.

The room was very clean and neat as a pin. I was impressed by how well the hotel was maintained and everything looked new. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I felt I got a very good value for my money. I would srongly recomend this hotel for the value minded individual.

The hot tub was very small and in an odd location. My wife and I decided not to use it.

The cozy rooms were inviting, with sweet decor reminiscent of home. The staff were attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. Plus, it was accessible for seniors.

More grab bars in the bathroom would be helpful.

as a place to stop for a good nights sleep on a trip this worked well- i booked on line, when i checked in the woman was very friendly- i had asked for first floor room and got that, the room was not large, but comfortable, clean, breakfast was adequate, i would say for the price, and for a place to get a good nights sleep and on the road again, this was great

had a little trouble finding it, not marked well, and behind a fast food restaurant, but that was no big deal, it was dark, so made it a bit more difficult

would love to come back

The room was comfortable with a fridge, microwave, and tv. The a/c worked great, and the decor was nice. Breakfast had limited options, but the make-your-own waffles were tasty. Conveniently located off I-77 with restaurants nearby. I appreciated the staff's help at the front desk.
